The conference takes place
in the building of Ta Quang Buu Library
(Thư viện Tạ Quang Bửu), which is located on the campus of
Hanoi University of Science and Technology, No. 1 Dai Co Viet Road (1 Đại Cồ Việt),
Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi, Vietnam
(Vietnamese: Trường Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội, 1 Đại Cồ Việt, Quận Hai Bà Trưng, Hà Nội, Việt Nam).
Remark: Although the main entrance of the university campus is No. 1 Dai Co Viet Road, the best way to come to Ta Quang Buu Library is through the side entrance of the university campus near the road junction
between Ta Quang Buu Street and Tran Dai Nghia Street.

The opening ceremony, all plenary lectures and lunches will take place in the 10th floor of the building of Ta Quang Buu Library.
Parallel sessions and coffee breaks will take place in the 7th floor of the building of Ta Quang Buu Library.
