Conference Fee

Participant: 300 USD
Accompanying person: 100 USD

The conference fee will be collected in cash and in USD.

Participants paying the conference fee of 300 USD will be provided freely conference documents, lunches (Mon.-Fri.), special dinner (Mon.), water puppet theatre (Tue.), tour (Wed.), banquet (Thu.), etc. (the fee for excursion to Ha Long Bay is not included in the conference fee and will be collected in cash, too.)

Accompanying persons paying the conference fee of 100 USD may take part in special dinner (Mon.), water puppet theatre (Tue.), tour (Wed.), and banquet (Thu.), but may NOT attend scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches.

The organizers especially want to encourage the participation of researchers from developing countries, who can apply for fee reduction.

Người Việt làm việc tại Việt Nam có thể xin hưởng mức hội nghị phí đặc biệt (reduced fee) là 600.000 VNĐ và được phát tài liệu hội nghị, ăn trưa, tham gia banquet... Những trường hợp gặp khó khăn về tài chính có thể xin miễn hội nghị phí.

Participants can use this conference web site to register, reserve a hotel and submit data needed to obtain a Vietnamese visa by filling out the Registration Form, Hotel Reservation Form and the Visa Form.
