Airport pickup

There are responsible persons assigned by the conference organizers at the arrival gate of Noi Bai International Airport from 6:30 to 22:00 on March 17, 2018 and March 18, 2018. They can be recognized with HPSC 2018 name labels and holding a board . Their duty is to help the participants to go to taxi station.

For registered participants and their registered accompanying persons who booked the hotels (Pullman Hanoi Hotel and Army Hotel) through the organizers and replied the organizers' questionnaire on their flight and arrival time, the responsible persons will collect them and organize cars to the reserved hotels by group.

If you arrive on March 17-18, 2018, but before 06:30 or after 22:00, or if you do not meet our pick up persons, then please take a taxi to go to your hotel by yourself. More details can be found in pages "How to go to Hanoi" or "Taxi in Hanoi".
