Remarks:

Social prorams 1-4 are free for participants and their accompanying persons who pay the full conference fee of 250 USD or 50 USD, respectively.
The tour to Ha Long Bay will start in Hanoi at 7:00 AM on March 11 (from the hotels chosen by the organizers) and end in Hanoi at about 8:00 PM on March 12.
There are two following categories for this tour.
Economy level (air conditioning in hotel is not included):
- Price: 18 USD/person.
- Upgrade: Plus 3 USD for single occupancy in hotel.
Upper level (in a 2-star-hotel with air conditioning, better meals):
- Price: 29 USD/person.
- Upgrade: Plus 5 USD for single occupancy in hotel.
The above prices include
- bus and boat trip,
- 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 1 dinner,
- 1 night in hotel in Cat Ba island (normally, 2 persons share a room),
- tourist tax for bay and cave, etc.
Participants should fill the corresponding questionnaire sent by the organizers and return it to scicom2006@math.ac.vn
