Conference Fee

Participant: 250 USD
Accompanying person: 50 USD

The conference fee will be collected in cash and in USD at the conference office.

The conference fee for participants includes conference documents, lunch (Mon.-Fri.), some social programs (see Social events), and some other services.

The conference fee for accompanying persons includes some social programs and some other services.

The organizers especially want to encourage the participation of researchers from developing countries, who can apply for fee reduction.

Registration

Participants can use this conference web site to register, reserve a hotel and submit data needed to obtain a Vietnamese visa by filling out the Registration Form, Hotel Reservation Form and the Visa Form.
