Proceedings

The conference proceedings with selected high-quality contributions will be published by Springer as done for that of the International Conference on High Performance Scientific Computing, Hanoi, March 10-14, 2003. Submitted papers are expected to be written in English and in LaTeX format according to the instruction of Springer. Authors may obtain the complete SVMult package (style files) as ZIP archive or as individual files from Springer's FTP server:
      ftp://ftp.springer.de/pub/tex/latex/mathegl/mult/

For more convenience and availability, the style files can also be downloaded from the conference Web server. Concretely, you have to download file svmult.cls, copy it into your working directory, and begin your LaTeX file with the command
    \documentclass{svmult}
Detailed instructions can be read in Author Instructions.
Sample files are available in LaTeX and Acrobat formats. Remember that to translate the LaTeX sample file you also need to download file figure.eps.

Page limits for the full papers are as follows:

  • 20 pages for the invited plenary lectures
  • 10 pages for other contributions.

Since the final editing will be done in Heidelberg, LaTeX files of the full papers should be sent to the new e-mail address
     hanoi-proceedings@iwr.uni-heidelberg.de

The acquisition and the review of minisymposium papers will be handled by the minisymposium organizers alone. Therefore, if you submit such a paper to the e-mail address above, please clearly indicate in your e-mail that it belongs to a minisymposium (the minisymposium organizers however may ask you to submit it to them first).

The reviewing process for all other papers will be handled by the scientific committee.
