The best way to go from Noi Bai International Airport to hotels is to take a taxi.
You can ask security officers how to take taxi and get the up-to-date policy of the airport.
Currently, there are 8 regular taxi companies allowed serving at the airport, namely
Mai Linh Taxi, Noi Bai Taxi, Taxi Group Airport, Venus Airport Taxi, Airport Taxi, ABC
Taxi, Taxi DaiNam, Viet Thanh Taxi. After leaving the arrival hall of the Terminal 2,
please follow the yellow sign to go left to taxi station (as shown in the picture
below).
Then, please queue up for a taxi. All these companies are obligated to follow taximeter
pricing method only. The cost for a kilometer is approximately from
12000 VND to 12500 VND (or about 0.6 USD).
The travel distance from Noi Bai International Airport to the center of Hanoi (Hoan Kiem Lake)
is about 30km. To avoid troubles,
please take only taxis of these companies for the direction from the airport
to hotels.

follow any invitation of other strange taxis.

If you will arrive in Noibai Airport on March 14-15, 2015 between
06:30 and 22:00 and if you replied
our questionnaire on your flight and arrival time early enough, then we
will send some persons to help you
at the airport. Moreover, we will organize bus transportation to such
hotels reserved by the organizers.
In such a case, person who is responsible to meet you at the airport will
bring a board with the title
If you arrive before 06:30 or after 22:00, or if you do not meet the
corresponding persons of the organizers, please take a taxi to go to your hotel
by yourself.
In general, we cannot organize pickup from the airport for those
participants who arrive before March 14 or after March 15,
because our small team has to do many different things.
As announced in Hotel Reservation, the
organizers do not organize bus transportation to those hotels which are not reserved by the
organizers.
Bus transportation will be organized between the hotels reserved
by the organizers and the conference place (Ta Quang Buu Library)
and
the places of social events, such as water puppet theatre and banquet.
Participants, who reserve hotel by themselves, are recommended to take a taxi.
To avoid troubles, it's advisable to ask or negotiate the price before entering taxi.
The best way to come to Ta Quang Buu Library is through the entrance of
the university campus near the road junction between Ta Quang Buu Street
