Airport pickup

There are responsible persons assigned by the conference organizers at the arrival gate of Noi Bai International Airport from 5:45 to 22:00 on March 14, 2015 and March 15, 2015. They can be recognized with HPSC 2015 name labels and holding a board . Their duty is to help the participants to go to taxi station.

For registered participants and their registered accompanying persons who booked the hotels (Pullman Hanoi Hotel and MOD Palace Hotel) through the organizers and replied the organizers' questionnaire on their flight and arrival time, the responsible persons will collect them and organize cars to the reserved hotels by group.
