Abstract
The use of pedagogical methods with technologies of the information and the communications produce a new quality that favors the task of generating, transmitting and sharing knowledge. So it is the case of the pedagogical strength of the use of the Conceptual Maps that constitute a tool for the management of the knowledge, by the possibility that these offer to personalize the learning, to share knowledge, and to learn to learn. In this work a new approach is exposed to elaborate intelligent systems of teaching/learning, where the techniques of conceptual diagrams and Artificial Intelligence are combined, using the Reasoning Based on Cases as theoretical frame for the student model. The proposed model has been implemented in the computacional system HESEI, which has been applied successful in the decision making in teaching/learning tasks, by nonexpert people in the computer science field.
