The tropical monsoon climate is divided into the rainy and dry seasons. The most distinctive
characteristic of Hanoi's climate is the fluctuations between the cold and hot seasons.
In March, the month when the conference will take place, the average temperature in Hanoi
are messured at about 22 degree Celcisus (22°C). The maximum annual temperature
can reach 35 degree Celcisus (35°C), and maybe go down to minimum one at about
12 degree Celcisus (12°C).
